I have stayed at over a dozen AC Hotels across the US. Hands down this one has the best customer service and very nice clean rooms. Great breakfast and is centrally located to everything. Will always stay there when I visit Burlington.

I had a really good stay here. The staff was awesome especially the valet parking staff. This place is in a great location right in the center of Burlington near Church Street. I was able to walk to most of my destinations. It is very close to the shores of Lake Champlain. There is some construction next door and parking can be an issue, but the valet is reasonably priced and very convenient. I highly recommend this hotel.

Had a great experience at the AC Hotel Burlington. The location is perfect to explore Burlington, walking distance to everything. Room was clean, shower was fantastic, and bed was comfortable. One night we were woken up by our neighbor in the room next door sneezing loudly which was tough...so I wouldn't say the rooms are particularly sound proof. We chose to pay to Valet as we didn't need our car during the time we were there and everything went smoothly! We appreciated the Valet attendant helping us unload our car and navigate the snow banks. We also enjoyed a few drinks at the hotel bar one night and the bartenders were super friendly and made great drinks! FYI: There is very limited parking spots right in front of the hotel to unload car, we circled the block once and we were fine!

Best hotel breakfast I’ve ever seen, even in more “luxury” properties. It feels like real effort was put in here to find good quality food and make it cozy - it is exactly what a good hotel breakfast should be. There isn’t anything particularly special about the selection - it’s typical “cereal”, “breads” and “coffee”, but there is quite a bit of good variety within those categories and the cheeses include good Brie and other French classics along with the classic cheddars. Good, steady food done well.

Traveling from Canada spent 3 night here., nice room facing the old town , very polite staff. Everything smells new , hallways with saving energy motion devices setup. Breakfast and early dinner/ bar location on the 2nd floor. Decent prices . . A nice coffee shop at the ground level. The valet parking service is very prompt and efficient. Thank You ! Keep up the good work .

Brand new hotel. Had a room with a small balcony. It had great view of the harbor. Be warned the Google and Apple Maps directions are incorrect since the hotel is new and it sends you down Cherry street. The hotel is actually on Banks street and is very easy to walk all over the downtown area. Enjoyed our stay and would stay here again.

We had a wonderful 2-night stay at AC Hotel Burlington. The rooms were clean, modern, and comfortable, and the staff was incredibly helpful throughout our visit. The lounge area is beautiful and a great place to enjoy breakfast, light bites, or a drink. We really enjoyed our stay and can’t wait to return!
